That's me, trying to light up an underground tunnel beneath Danvers State Insane Asylum. The asbestos suits with gloves are leftovers from the "Session 9" movie. One of them is giving the finger... those crazy MA urbex kids!

Thanks... once you do some research on the old state hospitals, these places aren't too hard to find, but ways into them are!

I love the color on this.... the gloves as well. The gloves make this photo look almost like a painting, the way they blend into one another.

Yikes. I like the way you've tilted the camera just a little bit (it looks controlled, yet not obvius). The colors are delicious. Sometimes long-exposure shots are ruined by human figures (trying to light up the image), but this time it creates a nice "black ghost" illusion.

I hope you wore a breathing mask (an expensive one).

Wow the lighting in this shot is great. You obviously have no fear of taking these shots, great work. I can only hope to be as creative and fearless photographer as you are. Your photos are very inspiring, maybe you can take a look at my work and give me some pointers, if you don't mind.

Wonderful shot. I remember that scene in the movie, where the kid runs down that hallway as the lights go off, one by one... that's crazy that they got left behind after production wrapped. I'd like me one of those.
